🌼I am doing a life coaching course through Udemy that I am thoroughly enjoying. The instructor is very authentic and down to earth and very easy to relate to. This evening I listened to the lesson on identity and did some reflecting. It is so scary how we take on identities based on our interpretation of things that have happened over the years. Today I am grateful for the opportunity to become aware of how I have held myself back over the years. Still lots to work through but it’s a start. 🙏🌼
