When things are in turmoil or just don’t seem to be going right, one has to take stock of what’s going on in the mind. Are we upset with someone or ourselves, holding a grudge, feeling disorganized, etc. Take stock and forgive the other person and/or yourself, let go of mistakes made, complete that task that has been left undone and reconnect with your God. Your will find harmony again.
