I never realised how disempowering having a victim mentality is until I chose to start taking responsibility for my life. It is easy to point fingers and blame others but it gets you nowhere and you don’t learn from it. Taking responsibility for your life is so
liberating and it is so much more fun!
So stop blaming your mum or your dad or your friend or your ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend for where you are today. Appreciate the good things about where you are now and take actions now that will ensure your future is what you want it to be. Own it! Own your life!
