Today is my birthday. I was just sitting and reflecting on the day and how much I enjoyed the time spent with my dad and my son as well all the birthday messages that have come through. I have also enjoyed receiving the gifts my son has bought for me and the joy on his face when he did so. This moment, this day is all there is. Each moment of this day has been super special. It’s been perfect. I am so blessed.

🌼I am grateful for this year. Thank you 2019 for the lessons and the growth. Thank for the joy you brought with you and the love in the form of friends, colleagues and that special someone who has chosen to move on without me. I will not mourn that loss but be grateful that it happened instead. Thank you for the forgiveness given and received. It’s been quite a ride! Goodbye and thank you 2019. I am grateful for this year. 🙏🌼
