This is the thought that propelled me to start intermittent fasting so that I can get my health back on track. It’s also why I have now signed up with a personal trainer as well. I just don’t want to be in a position where I am sitting in the doctor’s office next January and hearing the same advice that I have heard for the last 4 years. I want to walk in there and see him smile because, for once, his advice fell on fertile soil. I want to look at myself in the mirror and know that I am doing what I need to do to live my best life. 😊
What do you need to start today to love your best life? It’s time to take action. Just take one step in the right direction today. Tomorrow take the next step. Just keep moving in the right direction and don’t worry about your speed. As Nike says: “Just do it!”
