There’s No “We” in Nachos…

What snack would you eat right now?

A small potion of Nachos. That is what I would eat right now as a snack. I would have a glass of water with a tablespoon of vinegar first to help reduce the glucose spike and probably add a little green salad on the side as well to minimise the effect of the carbs as well and then I would eat my snack, guilt-free.

It probably sounds more like a meal, but that is what I would love to snack on right now. I have to admit that my mouth is watering just thinking of it. The tasty guacamole, the refreshing salsa, the crunchy, spicy nachos and don’t forget the tangy cheese…yum! I guess I will definitely be snacking tomorrow🤪

  1. I love nachos. There is nothing wrong in a little indulgence in a snack we enjoy as long as we prepare for the consequences. I am losing weight by being mindful of what I am eating. Sometimes, I will arrange my diet so I can enjoy an indulgence from time to time.
