A brand is the promise of an experience.” -Alexander Isley

What are your favorite brands and why?

While I am not a marketer, I work with a few brands everyday. I try not to let them rule my life but there are some brands that I do enjoy using and will veer towards ever so often.

My favourite tech brand is Apple. I love the simplicity of their products and how long they last. They are great value for money. My love affair with Apple products began with an iPod and now I just don’t have a VR headset and a HomePod although the HomePod is definitely on my list for this year.

When it comes to perfumes, I love Chanel fragrances with my favourite being Coco Mademoiselle. I always have a bottle in my wardrobe.

I am not too fussy about clothing brands although I would wear Chanel if I could afford it.

I love the brand I bank with! They are pretty digitally savvy which I find extremely convenient. I don’t ever have to go inside a bank. Their app is also very intuitive so it’s easy to use.

My go to body care brand is Dove. I love their fragrances and how gentle and moisturizing the products are. I feel like my personal care routine is a daily pampering session when I use these products.

Let’s not forget brand Michelle! I am my most favourite brand of them all because I am worth loving.

That’s about the sum total of my favourite brands. What are your favourite brands?

  1. This reminds me of a conversation I’ve had with an American couple once, on our way to a cruise in Alaska.

They said that ehile you do need to pay a premium for a bran name, usually it has some benefits such as higher quality, and often buying something cheap in the short term usually costs more on the long term.
