31 Days of Gratitude- Day 6

Today I went into the office. We are very very fortunate to work in the building that we do. It is beautiful! We are also blessed with amazing views of the sea and we have a garden downstairs, where you can enjoy your cappuchino from the coffee shop and lunch from the canteen. Both are subsidised so we pay less than we would at a normal coffee shop and restaurant. Let’s not forget that the reason I have pretty nails every day is because we have a salon on site as well. We are very spoilt in terms of our work facilities.

As you can see, I can’t be blamed for gazing out the window often. It’s too beautiful out there to ignore. I am very grateful to work in such a stunning and inspiring environment and for such an awesome company.

    1. My favourite thing to do is to grab a coffee and spend a few minutes in the garden listening to the birds going about their business. It makes for a good mindfulness moment. I often make a short video and post it for friends on WhatsApp so that, whoever needs it, gets to have a zen moment too.
